6 Sessions to improve sleep quality through breathwork
Our body has a natural day and night cycle that often needs some rebalancing. When this rhythm returns to a natural state we can begin to explore how to improve sleep quality.
Topics we may cover:
- Basic Breathing Patterns (Stress releasing breathwork)
- Intermediate breathing patterns (Ayuervedic Sleep breathing)
- Advanced Breathing patterns (Soul breathing)
- Meditating while sleeping
- Heartbeat dreaming
My intention is to help you improve sleep quality (even if you only have a 5 hour sleep hour) by teaching you basic, intermediate, and advanced breathwork techniques.
Once our sleeping patterns are consistently nourishing us we have an opportunity to explore deeper and higher levels of consciousness.

Overview: Start things out nice and easy, get your blood flowing, play around with simple poses to relieve tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and wrists.

Day 2: Hamstrings stretching
Overview: Work into some traditional poses and loosen up hamstrings to help prevent back pain, knee pain, and foot pain and rediscover freedom in movement.

Day 3: Core strengthening
Overview: Turn up the heat and build strength in the core which is really the center of all movements. A strong core provides better balance and better posture.

Day 4: Heart opening
Overview: Stretch and strengthen the spine to help keep the back strong and mobile. These backbending/chest opening poses affect not just the physical structure of the chest where the heart resides, but the energetic and emotional capacity (love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude).

Overview: Release tight hips for better posture and to reverse the effects of constant sitting and facilitate the movement of stagnant energy throughout the body.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
