Life Purpose and Soul Wisdom
What is your deeper truth, your deeper knowing, your MOJO, your deepest desires, those feelings that you can’t explain but that are so pure and so clear…or maybe sometimes even haunting, like a love for a certain geographic location, or a certain time period in history. What draws you in?
It is an abstract landscape, and can come through in dreams, hunches, or just “inner knowing”. This is intuition and beyond. So working with soul can be like a salve, or nectar to their soul literally. It will be like a long drink of water.
What is the language of the soul? There are those of us who want to understand it, and we want to hear it! We want to get beyond the 3D world we live in. This work is not for everyone, but when you know, you know. It’s a signal inside you that will activate, like a beacon.
For women it is so important- it is where you enter your own zone of genius and growth, and leave those to-do lists.
I work with Divine Feminine energy as well as the work of Denise Lynn, and Dr. Pinkola Estes.
We begin to uncover deeper truths within you, spirit connection, connection to your best self. It truly is that medicine that some of us have been craving, but mistakenly looking for it through food, addictions, unfulfilling jobs and relationships. We are not taught this in school.
In the session we will begin to explore some of you patterns, your flow, your desires...and help set the groundwork for deeper work to discover your true self, your calling and your purpose.

Anna was raised in West Africa and spent most of her life travelling. She studies all things metaphysical, women’s healing and empowerment, the Divine Feminine, and energy healing for health and abundance. Her undergraduate is with the University of Pennsylvania. She is curenntly finishing her second Master’s in Integral Health Studies,helping others heal at a holistic level- mind, body and soul.

Overview
This is your opportunity to discover how LIIFT UnTherapy works. You'll learn a bit about the theory. And you'll see the theory turned into healings in your own life.

Teens and adults seeking to improve their happiness, success and love life. Caregivers, parents and grandparents of troubled youth.
Benefits
You will understand how LIIFT UnTherapy heals so effectively. And you will experience its power as you create 3 or 4 healings in your life under the guidance of your LIIFT UnTherapist.
Session
We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.

LIIFT is unusual in that you don't have to remember what happened, you don't have to talk about it, and you don't have to re-experience it. Your conscious, your subconscious and I, your LIIFT UnTherapist will together work to erase the damage and install happier more functional stuff in your life.
Spiritual Counselling allows you to heal on the soul level and not on the level of ego. Therefore, it is the most powerful and deepest healing technique with long lasting transformation.
The aim is for the client to express themselves and their world with intimate wisdom, spiritual awareness and personal authenticity.
Spiritual Counselling is all about you, your self- healing and nothing about the outside world or other people and external circumstances.
In Spiritual Counselling, we often travel back to early years of childhood in order to find the root cause of all mental, emotional, physical or spiritual imbalance within your physical and soul being. It is healing the inner child.
We often find currently present problems that are related to traumas, fear or limiting beliefs due to cultural background or certain way of upbringing. It is often linked to trauma.
Helping you to find the best way to overcome your limit, to break away from limiting beliefs, repeating cycles and help you improve your overall well-being, heal yourself within for a more full-filled life.
Minimum of 3 sessions are recommended for a deeper healing to take place.
Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
In 30 minutes, I answer any questions that you might have about yourself and tell you your core personality archetype. I'll analyze your hands, share your life pattern to you in 1-1 session
